::Great place for people visiting in Autumn!!The view from the room is magnificent! The place has delicious local dishes, fresh seafood and variety of breakfast options! Couldn't check them all in a week's time!! The beach is clean. The hotel rooms were kept nicely and well-equipped! We felt taken care for and would love to revisit!!

::In October 2022 our friends married and spent their Honeymoon in the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel. Beforehand we've got in contact with the hotel and the customer management team supported us a lot to arrange our friends a nice surprise at their arrival. Additionally the hotel staff did their best to provide them a pleasant stay. We saw the pictures and received the happy messages from our friends about the room, hotel and Spa and I can confirm that they enjoyed their Honeymoon in Cyprus and will keep it in best memory. Therefore we are very grateful for the nice customer service of the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel. Best greetings to the team!

::This was my 2nd visit to this amazing hotel. We also recommended it to my sister and brother-in-law.who came with us for 14days. The staff are so lovely friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. Always smiling and courteous. Food is very plentiful lots of variety . We were slightly disappointed with our room as we booked a superior sea view and was on 1st floor so couldn't see the true beauty of the sea from where we were. Last time we had a room on 4 th floor which was much better. However it did not spoil our holiday. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. Cleaned everyday and left with clean towels daily. Free pool towels daily too which is a great help when trying to cut down in luggage. We were offered a choice of pillows to suit our needs and as I have neck problems it was so useful . The hotel is in beautiful grounds and sunbeds spaced out well so you have privacy . So many good things about the hotel to mention. The only one thing I would like to see is a toilet on the ground floor by the pool bar as the nearest toilet was in the lower ground meaning steps or lift which was accessed by main reception. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality and fair priced hotel.

::Our stay for 10 day in Crystals Spring in Cyprus has been amazing here with my husband and two grown up boys. The location is perfect with lovely beaches. The service from our room cleaning [527] she was very friendly and service our room everyday for our needs. The main restaurant all the staff are hard working and offered the best service, we were very happy with manager Emily who remembered our drinks ordered to me being vegetarian and always checked happy with food and drinks which we were, Can't fault how she and her staff look after us. The pool bar staff Galina and Anastasia can't remember all the others names they were amazing and brilliant they all worked really hard in looking after us and make efforts how we are and what we like. Over all 5* service to everyone. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you making our stay/ holiday special for my family.
