::Very expensive and unreasonable. Not willing to work with me at all. Wanted to charge me 400 euros a month for electric before they even met me. If you ask me, that's a scam for 2 people. The most it should cost is 150.

::I've been to 100+ apartments and hotels, but i've never experienced something like this. Very unprofessional and rude stuff, canceled our reservation and refused to refund our money. Don't book this hotel, such a waste of time and money.

::Let say a peaceful hotel, OLD style, except TV and Wi-Fi non other electronic amenities included. Quite wide the mini apartment, room, bathroom, living room with small kitchen, and terrace. Definitely CLEAN, friendly the staff, when available. 😉 Price adequate for the place.

::We have booked the „Studio with balcony” option… and that was one of my worst mistakes in our long travel history. The Studio’s are on ground level, of course without any balcony. The Studio was in terrible state- cracked walls, cracked tiles in bathroom. Spider webs on the roof, broken handles in wardrobe- terrible. We have asked manager to rebook our Studio to the room with balcony- for which we have payed. Mamager denied excusing that the whole hotel is booked and we have exactly what we have bought from booking- it was an obvious lie. After the messages exchange he/she mentioned that „we have democracy” so I can write whatever I want as the opinnion in internet, so here you have Miss/ster Manager. We have ended leaving the Studio in 30 mins and asking manager/booking for refund. In next 15 minutes we have found beatiful hotel with clean and not devastated Studios just 15 minutes outside the Larnaka. It was one of the worst experiences in my entire travel history- never book anything in that hotel!

::Lovely budget friendly place: the rooms are spacious and adequate, strong water pressure in the shower, kitchenette so can eat in and a lovely mountain view from behind the building. Just a short walk to the beach and a excellent Caffè Nero! The owner is very nice and they did our washing for no cost 😃 Would stay here again next time we are in Larnaca
