  Every time I come to this bank, 90% of the time there are 2 tellers. The crowd queues and the cashiers honestly with their money. The world queues and they relax. Tragic

  Almost non-existent telephone service with generalities and aerologies! It is also worth noting that, if you are paid (payroll) by another foreign bank, the Bank of Cyprus has the longest waits!

  They teller made a mistake in my name when I was sending a swift transfer. As a result I was charged twice 37 EUR. Once for sending and another time when a correspondent bank in Germany noticed the mistake and contacted Bank of Cypus, they called me by some reason "to confirm" my name over the phone and asking not to came into the branch. But I came and showed them their mistakenly filled slip. The teller who did it couldn't look into my eyes and her manager told me that this is not their mistake. This is not a fault this is only BOC.

  Bank of Cyprus all around island same. Somewhere staff is polite and kind somwhere not.

  Lousy service they have no manners. They see you as if it is your fault that you are their customer. Zero communication.
