  for 10 days I have been trying to contact the Store Manager but there is a technical problem with the answering machine. the next step is to file a complaint with the bank itself and then continue with a general complaint about the unacceptable image of the particular bank

  The bank is no different from others in the network. Lived nearby, sometimes used the services.

  Branch in the center of the city and next to other banks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Usually you wait 10-15 minutes in the line. Some difficulties with car parking.
