  Disgusting service from a so called "customer service" teller, and I use customer service word very lightly. Very rude, how dare she quiz me and ask me why and what was the money for that I wished to send to another account, out with your bank. She then told me to stand in the corner like a little school boy whilst she tryed to call the other bank, am 63 years old, that's MY MONEY you have in your bank, I'm the owner of that money, it's mine NOT yours. After waiting 35 minutes, I walked out of your bank without getting my transaction completed. She was an absolute disgrace, she a good advert for your bank, NOT! Get your customer service sorted, the customer comes first, not some jumped up teller telling me what I can and can't do with my money.

  Worst customer service, especially Account manager George Themistocleous. Terrible experiences recently which far outweigh any positive experience in the beginning as I tried calling him with no answer for three weeks for a simple card delivery. The least the bank could do is relay his calls automatically to a substitute manager. The rest of the staff are rude and very slow and prefer to have their side conversations than help somebody in front of them. Not surprised I see such terrible reviews everywhere. Thankfully we have transferred our account elsewhere. This is not a Bank of Cyprus issue, it’s a branch issue. Don’t go there.

  i had an impression that the person from the front office wanted to get rid of me without listening me properly and that's exactly what happened.
