  The worst diagnostic place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there quite a few times and all times were disappointing. I’m usually really tolerable and chill with MRI’s but theirs is so claustrophobic, I came out with tears one time. They always have delays, and the final straw for me, was when I was calling to book an appointment and the lady told me “We will call you back in a few minutes”. An hour passes by and I decide to call back very kindly and ask since it was not just a few minutes of wait, and a rude lady responds “We said we’d call you back, you’re not the only customer we have”. That was the cherry on top for me. Never going back. There’s far better MRI places in Larnaca that actually care about their patients.

  Booked and made an appointment within a few days. When I arrived, I was seen literally straight away. I only waited around 5 minutes for my results and was givin to me as a CD format and was advised that it will also be sent to me as an email in a couple of days so that I can easily email it to any of my dictors. The man doing my MRI scan was very professional, informative and polite as was the receptionist. Highly recommended and hats off to the staff. Well done. Keep up the good work 🙏🏽

  They are always delayed at least 45 minutes for some reason. They cant keep their appointments on time. The doctor inside has a very rude behaviour too

  This place does not deserve a 1.6 star rating. Yes, there is waiting time. I also waited 40min. But there is free WiFi. Is just took my Laptop with me and did some work while waiting (thanks for all the reviews telling me up front that were will be waiting time). The receptionist was very friendly and spoke perfect english. Also the support during the MRI was great and very professional. I even got head phones with musik of my choice. Loved it! To book the appointment I asked my doctor and got an appointment quickly the next day. I can highly recommend the place.

  Convenient location for travellers coming from other towns. Its my fourth or fifth time having an MRI here so the Differences through the years: Receptionist much more polite than before, called made appointment, then received call on the day for a reminder. Did not wait too long for my appointment. Used to give you slippers which didn't happen today. Yes the MRI controller could have been a bit more polite but you can understand he is under much pressure. Overall the most important thing is that you get what you need to do done in a timely manner.
