  This is the second time we stay at the villa. The first time ended earlier than expected due to an unfortunate event in the family, the owners of the villa were very kind and invited us back to stay again at almost no cost. The villa is very pampering, the area is quiet but at a short distance you can find everything you need. Lovely beaches, great restaurants in the Protaras area, and very good and kind people. The owners of the villa were available and answered all our questions patiently and were very helpful both before arrival and during our stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

  The Family and I have just had the pleasure of staying at The Tropical paradise villa on the edge of Ayia Napa. The place clean tidy with lovely surrounding garden areas. The pool seems be New and of good size. The location is absolutely spot it’s very quiet but you are only a 10min drive to main Ayia Napa strip, 2 min drive to the huge water park and 4 min drive to fabulous golden beach. The managing Agent Artisan homes were incredible to deal with, leading up to, during and after our stay. We were lucky enough to have Niki from artisan homes looking after us as we had flight cancellations with Wizz air, although nothing to do her, she helped us through it all outside of her working hours which I found unreal but totally needed, if your going to another country where you know nobody these are the people you want looking after you. They really top ten hosts. Thank you Niki from Artisan Homes

  Great villa in an amazing location! I was initially worried as the other photos made the space look small. This house has great amount of space and designed to allow as much natural light in as possible. The open plan space is great and the house is equipped with most things you need for a short stay. The location is perfect as it is close to a beach, snorkeling, fishing and diving sites, and a national park. We used House 1 and they have a heated pool option and made our stay a whole lot better. The view you'd wake up to is just perfect.

  Perfectly located between Ayia Napa and Protaras this was our family holiday home for 5 days. A wonderful option for adventurous families that are keen on exploring the surroundings. Fully equipped with a lot more than the basics, clean and relaxing.

  Lovely villas with pools and sea view. The coastline is pretty rocky but you can find sandy beaches a short drive away. Great base for a family or group. Local town has plenty to offer in the way a typical seaside beach town does (restaurants, cafes, mini golf, shops and the standard tourist trappings). I'd also recommend the Japanese restaurant in the hotel at the top of the hill, pricey but delicious
