  Called twice to confirm micro-dermal piercing is ok before going into MRI. 1st lady couldn't confirm. 2nd lady said it will be probably be ok but not sure.Both phone calls were placed on the same day with a 3hour gap. (Left my contact details both times). After 1hour I receive a phone call to confirm I will be going to my date. I had to clarify that I will be going after I already called twice. In addition to this. 2 times my mother was contacted instead of me. They mixed up the info. I told them that they have them to edit/update the contact details. They totally ignored me. Went to my date. Filled a form with history and contact details. Lady prints forms with wrong address and contact details for the results. (That of my mom again). I tell her that you again have the wrong details. Im the patient and you keep writing my mom’s contact details. More importantly while the MRI scan the nurse was not explaining anything at all. Not instruction were given to me this was my first time taking an MRI… I was only “contacted “ through the speaker once during a the 10mins they offered me. Told me Whats wrong why are you moving in a very bad manner. WROST EXPERIENCE EVER

  Arranging the appointment was easy and clear, and on my visit the staff were 5*, the receptionists, nurse and technician were all friendly and efficient, AND also very honest, I accidentally left a gold chain behind, and 3 days later when I collected the MRI CD and asked about it they had it locked away in the reception. 👍

  Terrible!! If I could, I was gonna give a zero star!! It's been so many days waiting for my mum's MRI report and nothing. They keep giving excuses... Unprofessional, terrible. I explained them that my mum has a colon cancer, she is 84 and in deep pains... We are waiting for Alpha Evresis to prepare a report in order to see oncologist and surgeon to get treated. Because of them, we cannot do the next step. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.... Terrible.....Don't ever go to Alpha Evresis... It's not an Alpha! It's an Omega!! And definitely not Evresis (in Greek means find)!! They can't even find themselves to prepare one report. Shame...

  The results came faster than expected. The staff is what makes this diagnostic center stand out from their competition. Modern equipment, clean and comfortable waiting area.

  I called on Saturday for a reservation, the lines were busy, but they called me back immediately. The lady on the phone was very helpful, giving me a lot of information that I asked for. When I got to the center, the staff behaved politely and very organized. They let me know in time that they were 20 minutes late but they arranged for me to enter as soon as possible. They told me that I would receive the CD with the result in 2 days and the report in 10 days. Tomorrow I have to receive the CD, I hope everything goes well.
